Emma and I were both free around midday  on Fridays and I sometimes called in to for a quick lunch. On admiring her new kitchen and especially  splashback which we had never managed to sort after changing our cooker, Emma jumped up and showed me the leftover tiles which she insisted I took.  They now reside happily in our kitchen and are often admired. For me they are a much appreciated reminder of Emma’ - her style and spontaneity and generosity. She was so funny, lively and thoughtful.  I miss her hugely and am so sad for her and especially Elissa and Edward and all her family whom I know she loved with all her heart.
